  • Manage a portfolio of high-growth mid-market customers.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Handle escalations and prevent churn.
  • Support customer implementation and renewals.
  • Advocate for customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a B2B customer success or relationship management role.
  • Relevant work experience or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with mid-sized accounts.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical aptitude and excellent computer skills.
  • Previous use of a CRM system.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Comfortable testing new engagement approaches.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
