Strategic Partnerships Manager | APAC - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for identifying, managing, and growing strategic partnerships that support Deel’s Enterprise business across the APAC region.

In Short

• Identify and activate key partnerships that support Enterprise segment growth.
• Manage partner relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to enablement.
• Work closely with the Enterprise APAC sales team.
• Support and scale co-selling motions.
• Launch and optimise co-marketing campaigns.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure partner performance.
• Maintain visibility of pipeline influence and track partner contribution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a strategic partnerships role.
• Strong understanding of the HCM, ERP, consulting, or HR tech ecosystem.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Experience working in a fast-growing, global, or remote-first environment.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners.
