Associate Customer Onboarding Manager, SMB | EMEA - Remote

Overview

As the Associate Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, responsible for onboarding clients and ensuring their long-term success with our platform.

In Short

• Handle accounts with lower/medium complexity onboarding requirements.
• Identify and flag risks that could lead to delayed onboarding.
• Provide knowledge and build relationships with customers during onboarding.
• Collect product and operational feedback from customers.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for customers daily.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely responses to customer requests.
• Lead onboarding projects, keeping all parties updated.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing roles.
• Experience in fast-growth startups, consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle crises.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Motivated self-starter with a growth mentality.
• Strong analytical skills with data manipulation abilities.
