The Solution Design Consultant at Deel will be a key player in the implementation lifecycle, collaborating with global teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

• Engage with the client’s global implementation team.
• Lead global requirements gathering workshops.
• Consult on best practices and standardization.
• Document and translate business requirements into configuration documents.
• Work on integration activities and support implementation consultants.
• Collaborate with clients to create HCM design and integration requirement documents.
• Follow the Global Test Plan and support testing activities.

• Demonstrate relevant work experience in client-facing roles.

Requirements

• Experience in client-facing consulting or analyst roles.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and create solutions.
• Experience in the Payroll field.
• Functional knowledge of system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
