Requirements

• 4+ years of payroll experience, specifically in Germany.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and HR regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for explaining complex issues.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll software.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with payroll technology management.
