Overview

The Payroll and HR Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and selecting software for payroll, ensuring accurate execution of payroll, and managing local payroll and HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll and HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll software.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience managing technology and payroll providers is an advantage.
