Overview

As an Account Executive II, you’ll drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and guiding potential clients through the full sales process—from initial outreach to signed agreements.

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand evolving needs
  • Proactively handle concerns and ensure positive client experiences
  • Negotiate terms and contracts, keeping thorough records of activity in CRM systems
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, client challenges, and product enhancements
  • Traveling up to 50% for client meetings, conferences, and industry events

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage your pipeline proactively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Deep understanding of solution-based selling
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant sales experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in a B2B sales role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
