In Short

  • Manage daily business operations of assigned Practice Groups.
  • Serve as main point of contact for practice group operations.
  • Drive efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Build strategic vision for practice groups.
  • Manage and supervise team members.
  • Analyze and report on Practice Group financials.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Business Development.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure attorneys have an unparalleled integration experience.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and community involvement.

Requirements

  • College degree required; Master’s or JD preferred.
  • 8+ years in a professional services organization preferred.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role is required.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of the business of law.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex proposals.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products required.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the United States.
