This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Senior Practice Manager to join our team in our Seattle or Los Angeles offices.

In Short

• Manage daily operations of assigned Practice Groups and Industry Teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for practice group operations.
• Drive efficiencies and process improvements within the practice group.
• Build strategic vision for practice groups and industry teams.
• Collaborate with various departments to support practice group strategies.
• Manage and supervise team members to ensure excellent client service.
• Analyze and report on Practice Group financials and performance indicators.
• Provide strategic guidance to Business Development and Marketing departments.
• Support the firm’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• College degree required; Master’s degree or JD preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional services organization.
• Prior leadership experience managing teams is required.
• Strong understanding of the business of law, including finance and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Products required.
• Ability to travel occasionally within the United States.
