This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Client Experience Legal Project Manager to join our team in our Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, or San Francisco offices.

In Short

• Provide high-level support for client project teams.
• Oversee matter management and process flow organization.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the firm’s departments.
• Implement technology tools and maintain knowledge management resources.
• Analyze and visualize data for operational insights.
• Manage multiple assignments with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with project leads to implement project management frameworks.
• Build direct relationships with clients and their legal operations teams.
• Support project leads in budgeting and negotiation processes.
• Drive projects forward with various firm departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience in legal services or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Project management certification (LPM, PMP, Lean, etc.) preferred.
• Experience in a team-oriented, service-focused environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
