This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Practice Management Specialist to join our team in our Seattle, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., or New York offices. We offer a hybrid work engagement with two days of remote work, and three days in-office.

In Short

  • Support the Practice Manager with daily execution of business needs/operations.
  • Provide significant support to the Practice Manager by assisting with practice group operations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance service levels.
  • Maintain practice-specific resources for lawyer-led trainings.
  • Guide attorneys on efficient technology use to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in developing and executing Practice Group strategic plans.
  • Support attorney integration and training content development.
  • Prepare financial and KPI reports.
  • Provide support to Business Development and Marketing initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of law firm or professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree and demonstrated academic excellence preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated writing ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
