As a Service Management Specialist at Geotab, you will optimize IT service delivery and ensure high service quality through effective management of IT processes.

Execute and improve Service Management processes including Major Incident, Problem, Change, and Transition Management.
Collaborate with IT Delivery Teams and PMO to meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Monitor service performance and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Lead Agile Framework adoption across teams.
Provide guidance and training to support staff.
Utilize automation tools and scripting to streamline processes.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Participate in on-call rotation and maintain flexible work hours.
Drive the implementation of change enablement processes.
Develop dashboards to measure process effectiveness.
Requirements
Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in IT Management or IT process-oriented roles.
ITIL Foundations V3 or 4 certification is an asset.
Strong background in ITIL processes.
Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools.
Strong data and analytics skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
