Overview

The Service Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and continuous improvement of IT services within the organization.

In Short

  • Manage Major Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Transitions.
  • Deliver comprehensive Service Reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT Delivery Teams, PMO, and DevOps.
  • Monitor service level performance and conduct post-implementation reviews.
  • Lead and support teams in adopting Agile Frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with IT Service Management best practices.
  • Provide guidance and training to support staff.
  • Establish management reporting on key IT processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and maintain flexible work hours.

Requirements

  • 10 - 12 years of experience in IT Management.
  • Proven track record of implementing ITSM processes.
  • Strong background in ITIL.
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools.
  • Strong data and analytics skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preference for candidates with Security certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP).
