In Short

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of commercial agreements.
• Advise on legal issues related to AI-enabled products and services.
• Provide product and legal counseling on various risks and strategies.
• Manage and resolve issues related to commercial deals.
• Own the entire contracting cycle from draft to execution.
• Work cross-functionally to develop internal contracting processes.
• Identify and manage risk related to contracts.

Requirements

• J.D. with strong academic credentials and bar membership.
• 7+ years of commercial or corporate experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and diligent.
• Experience with commercial agreements for technology-enabled products.
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare and privacy laws.
• Ability to work on multiple issues and prioritize effectively.
• Proven ability to provide business-oriented advice.
• Ability to operate autonomously and be a team player.
