In Short

• Support the Director of Legal and Compliance Operations in planning and executing departmental projects and initiatives.
• Develop and manage compliance and legal related projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies between Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and business units.
• Track progress, identify risks or obstacles, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support execution of 6-month GDPR implementation plan.
• Ensure timely delivery of compliance milestones.
• Enhance overall department performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage operational frameworks and workflows.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support for problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, legal operations, or compliance operations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, HHS OIG, CMS).
• Proficiency with project management and legal operations tools (e.g. Smartsheets, GoogleSheets, Asana).
• Strong project/program management and change-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills and objective judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and demands.
