Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Datavant is responsible for ensuring successful completion of all customer projects, coordinating efforts between internal resources and customers, and driving customer retention through effective project management.

  • Identify and execute process improvements.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve project issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management or client success experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data systems and processes.
  • BS degree in business, technology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and payment models.
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
