In Short

• This is a Remote role (Call Center).
• Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 PM OR 8:00-4:30pm EST.
• Processing medical records along with by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical records status.
• Documenting information on multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
• Preferred Customer Service and Data Entry and Release of Information experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, professional manner of communication. Good customer service skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone system is required.
• Computer proficiency: Knowledge of MS-Office at intermediate/advanced level.
• Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records, Health Care, Insurance Claims Processing.
• Ability to stay organized while working quickly. Strong attention to detail.
• Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination.
• Required to take and pass a 90-day ROI Certification course.
