Overview

The Allstate UNCC Student Development Program is a unique opportunity for University of North Carolina at Charlotte students to gain hands-on experience with Allstate’s National Catastrophe Team while building professional networks and transferable skills.

In Short

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
