In Short

• Conduct research and provide documentation for design components and specifications.
• Create and document design recommendations by applying approved architecture standards.
• Perform requirements analysis activities and develop design of architecture components.
• Design architectural components for applications and systems.
• Identify potential changes to existing architectures.
• Utilize reusable patterns and practices within Allstate's architectural framework.
• Maintain awareness of current architectures and guide their application to initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders.
• Support the Sales and Distribution business team.
• Engage in technology-driven business strategies.

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• 3 or more years of related experience (Preferred).
• Strong business acumen and understanding of insurance.
• Proficient in data analytics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
