Overview

The Vice President of Pre-Sales Solutions, Americas is a strategic and customer-facing leadership role responsible for leading and scaling the Pre-Sales Solutions organization across North and South America.

In Short

  • Lead and grow the Pre-Sales Solutions team across the Americas.
  • Define and execute the pre-sales strategy to support regional sales targets.
  • Align with Sales leadership to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
  • Build a repeatable technical sales motion, including POCs and demos.
  • Develop frameworks and best practices to improve team productivity.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on solution architecture and ROI.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing for market alignment.
  • Track and report on key pre-sales metrics.
  • Support hiring and development of pre-sales talent.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and customer obsession.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution engineering.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience across North and South America; multilingual capabilities a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA preferred.
