  • Create and implement account strategies to support upsell and renewal strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Coordinate customer testimonials and success stories.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management in a SaaS environment.
  • A solid track record of growing accounts and achieving targets.
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop long-term client plans.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
