The Data Governance Consultant at DataGalaxy is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and maximizing the value derived from the company's data governance platform.

In Short

• Manage a client portfolio in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Support customers in the daily use of the product.
• Analyze and prioritize customer needs.
• Assist with implementation and best practices.
• Ensure customer loyalty and increase account revenue through upselling.
• Answer technical and product questions.
• Evaluate user experience and recommend improvements.
• Monitor platform usage indicators and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with the Product team for customer feedback.
• Manage and animate the user community.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data and information management.
• Strong ability to assess the Data Governance market.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and measurement techniques.
• Expertise in data modeling and inter-application architecture.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Bonus: Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
