Overview

As an Account Executive at Darkroom, you will manage the full sales cycle, working closely with senior leadership and marketing experts to win new business and shape client partnerships.

In Short

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, calls, pitching, proposals, and closing
  • Generate your own opportunities through outbound, partnerships, and industry events
  • Respond to inbound leads and RFPs, crafting compelling proposals
  • Lead calls and communication with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams
  • Report on sales pipeline and performance metrics
  • Track performance against individual and team goals
  • Stay current on trends in eCommerce and marketing

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an Account Executive or full-cycle sales role
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce and digital advertising
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of closing new business
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
  • Experience using Hubspot or another major CRM
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker who adapts easily to change
