Overview

We’re hiring Account Executives to help scale Keplar Voice from early traction to breakout growth. You’ll work closely with our CEO and founding team to grow revenue and land iconic customers. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone excited to bet on a career-defining opportunity at a fast-moving startup.

In Short

  • Own the full cycle: source and manage outbound leads, and respond to inbound interest.
  • Write clear, compelling outreach and engage prospects via email, calls, events, and social.
  • Research high-potential accounts and buyer personas.
  • Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline.
  • Lead discovery, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Craft proposals, ROI stories, and negotiate terms with prospects.
  • Help define and refine our sales playbook.
  • Run sales reviews and contribute to forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Provide feedback that shapes roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience closing deals in a quota-carrying AE role (B2B SaaS).
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Strong discovery and storytelling skills.
  • High energy, bias for action, and excitement to build in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling into marketing, product, research, or innovation teams is a plus.
