Overview

Dane Street is looking for highly motivated paralegals to work in a new dispute resolution program focused on healthcare claims.

In Short

• Evaluate and organize medical information for proper case adjudication.
• Ensure medical records match documentation and obtain correct documentation if necessary.
• Participate in training, including arbitration training.
• Read policy guidelines to determine criteria compliance.
• Evaluate claims for conflict of interest and appropriateness.
• Work within established timeframes set by program parameters.
• Provide strong customer service and work closely with clients.
• Oversee complex cases needing additional review.
• Serve as an additional level of QA and clinical review for quality issues.

Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal or in claims resolution.
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding.
• Strong organizational skills.
