In Short

• Design and optimize sales compensation plans across multiple sales segments.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to implement new compensation structures.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day compensation operations including commission calculations.
• Drive efficiency in compensation administration through software systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People Operations.
• Provide infrastructure support for maintaining rep information.
• Drive adoption of new compensation plans through communication and training.
• Benchmark external market data for competitive analysis.
• Support special projects including international expansion compensation design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
• 4+ years of sales compensation experience with complex commission structures.
• Advanced analytical skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with compensation software preferred.
• Track record of continuous process improvement.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Highly organized and self-starter.
