In Short

• Define and execute the long-term technology vision for supply chain and manufacturing systems.
• Champion the development of production planning, scheduling, and optimization systems.
• Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for advanced manufacturing capabilities.
• Partner with executive leadership to align manufacturing technology strategy with business objectives.
• Drive the evolution to automated production capabilities.
• Integrate advanced analytics, machine learning, and IoT technologies into operations.
• Ensure technology solutions support quality management systems.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership for seamless execution.
• Work closely with the Advanced Manufacturing and Robotics Team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management and technology leadership experience.
• Proven track record of building and scaling product management organizations.
• Experience leading technology transformations in manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across multiple functions.
• Strong technical fluency with system architecture and integration challenges.
• Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and IoT technologies.
• Proven ability to develop long-term technology strategies.
• Track record of delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High bias for action in fast-changing environments.
