Overview

Apellis is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain ERP & Planning Technology to lead the strategic development, integration, and optimization of our commercial supply chain technologies. This position will be pivotal in enhancing the overall efficiency, agility, and visibility of our supply chain processes through the effective management and evolution of our ERP and planning systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both supply chain operations and ERP systems, coupled with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of technology-driven solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the supply chain super user for Apellis ERP system.
• Translate business requests into functional requirements.
• Develop and document business processes and procedures.
• Conduct training of all end users on supply chain aspects of Apellis ERP system.
• Drive organizational change management efforts.
• Develop processes, standards, and governance around master data.
• Provide first line of support for supply chain team.
• Conduct testing and issue resolution for ERP system.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with IT team or external vendors for enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
• 4+ years in leadership roles managing supply chain technology/ERP.
• Strong command of supply chain systems, specifically SAP.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in change management around master data management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into solutions.
• Project management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking.
