Senior Director of 503B Manufacturing - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Director of 503B Manufacturing, you will report to the VP of Innovation & Compounding Operations and will be responsible for overseeing & managing all aspects of the company’s 503B operations.

In Short

• Provides leadership & resources to 503B manufacturing GMs.
• Align operational objectives and drive results with key stakeholders.
• Ensure Manufacturing Operations remain compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Establish & monitor production metrics & drive improvements.
• Lead workforce & labor relations planning activities.
• Manage department budget and long-range plans.
• Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks and resource gaps.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the manufacturing team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Build alignment and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience (at least 15+ years) in manufacturing leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in manufacturing, engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated track record of building and managing manufacturing.
• Experience with building and scaling new manufacturing processes.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align operational strategies.
• Organized, methodical, proactive & concise communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Travel requirement 50%.
