Client Director - Manufacturing - Remote

Overview

The Client Director - Manufacturing will lead strategic relationships with ServiceNow's largest existing accounts, overseeing executive relationship management and driving new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Preferably reside in the Southeastern United States
• Experience integrating AI into work processes
• 7+ years in client management and revenue alignment
• Experience with large Manufacturing accounts
• 2+ years as a Client Director or similar role
• Sales experience in IT Service Management and related fields
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience leading virtual teams
• Ability to understand macro-level business IT needs
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
