Overview

The Director, Human Resources – Manufacturing is responsible for driving the human capital agenda within their respective client groups, leading HR for 8 manufacturing facilities across the West Region of the U.S.

  • Accountable for human capital solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Act as a trusted business partner providing coaching on HR matters.
  • Deliver core HR processes supporting managers and team members.
  • Manage talent acquisition and performance management processes.
  • Execute compensation activities in line with company philosophy.
  • Ensure employee relations practices are compliant and mitigate risk.
  • Lead initiatives to shape organizational culture.
  • Mentor and coach the HR team for professional development.
  • Track and analyze human capital data for insights.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
  • 10 years of professional HR experience required.
  • 5 years supporting multi-site manufacturing operations required.
  • Experience leading teams and managing talent processes.
  • Experience with organizational transformation and change management.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.
