In Short

• Lead Practice Advanced Technology initiatives to drive revenue growth for dental practices.
• Own strategy and execution of features leveraging AI/ML, CAD, and advanced technologies.
• Develop intelligent practice engagement tools and direct-to-patient communication systems.
• Work closely with engineering, ML/AI, CAD, and design teams for scalable solutions.
• Conduct customer discovery to understand pain points and opportunities.
• Build business cases demonstrating ROI for practices adopting advanced technologies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of launching technology products driving business outcomes.
• Deep technical fluency in full-stack development, ML/AI systems, and CAD technologies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate market opportunities into product vision.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to understand needs and create compelling experiences.
• Outstanding communication and influence skills across functions.
• Data-driven approach with experience in establishing KPIs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through technical initiatives.
