Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-8+ years of product management experience in fintech or lending.
• Expertise in launching financial products.

• Proven ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in designing and testing MVPs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
