Overview

Booking.com is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Product Manager to join our Core Infrastructure department at our Amsterdam headquarters, aiming to create innovative travel experiences for millions of customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, 5+ years as a ServiceNow Product Manager.
• Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, and Service Request products.
• Knowledge of CSDM, ITAM, and ITOM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
