In Short

• Lead a team to develop an Operational Center of Excellence within the recruiting team.
• Analyze and implement a strategy to help drive standardized interviewing.
• Leverage market intel to identify ways to uplift current recruiting team efforts.
• Use data to identify process improvements and training opportunities.
• Drive effective hiring programs for Dandy.
• Partner with People Team and Finance for headcount planning process improvement.
• Optimize efficiency and adoption of recruitment processes and workflows.
• Partner with recruiting leadership to maximize recruiting enablement.
• Lead and develop Recruiting Ops team member(s).
• Support scaling recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• 2+ years in a Recruiting Operations Manager role preferred.
• 2+ years experience managing people.
• Extensive ATS experience, Ashby preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer-service attitude.
• Top-notch written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Experience developing internal trainings.
• Track record of professional and academic success.
