• Design and manage a comprehensive sales onboarding program for new Account Executives and BDRs.
• Build career advancement programs to develop a sustainable internal pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders and frontline managers.
• Continuously iterate and improve the onboarding program.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Agile, systems-oriented thinker with adaptability to changes in business strategy.
• Proven experience in sales enablement or learning and development.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to manage a program from start to finish.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and managing multiple projects.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
