Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Customer Success in HCM/SaaS.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaborative environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer retention.
  • Occasional need to work outside normal hours.
