  • Preferred experience in the orthodontics industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
  • 5+ years in a sales or customer success role.
  • Experience in orthodontics, dental, or medical devices preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset is a plus.
  • Negotiation skills for upselling opportunities.
  • Consulting skills preferred.
