Overview

The Senior Clinical Product Manager, Clinical Workflows will lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of LightForce’s treatment planning platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of clinicians while delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

• Lead the strategy and development of the treatment planning platform.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of product management experience in software or healthcare.
• Experience with SaaS product development.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows in orthodontics.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM and 3D printing is a plus.
