Senior 3D Algorithms Developer - Remote

Overview

LightForce Orthodontics is seeking a talented Senior 3D Algorithms Developer to join our rapidly expanding team. You will be in a leadership position supporting LightForce’s 3D tools, enabling internal and external users through performant algorithms and intuitive user experience.

In Short

• Design, build, maintain, and improve 3D architecture.
• Make significant contributions to the digital treatment platform.
• Own the process from design through development, testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to collect needs and assist in implementation.
• Coach junior software engineers.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 2+ years of experience building CAD, CAM, FEA or CFD applications.
• Extensive knowledge of WebGL and the 3D web ecosystem.
• Experience developing applications with C++ and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience in computational geometry problems.
• Prior experience with graph algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills.
