The Senior Clinical Project Manager plays a critical role in leading clinical research projects at Treace, focusing on strategy, execution, and budget management.

In Short

• Manage and oversee multiple clinical studies and teams.
• Identify clinical sites and establish relationships with Principal Investigators.
• Work directly with customers to validate clinical value.
• Develop protocols and clinical study documents.
• Prepare IRB submissions for necessary approvals.
• Ensure study implementation and oversee progress.
• Perform study monitoring visits as needed.
• Review and approve study monitoring visit reports.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Good Clinical Practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Seven years of experience as Clinical Research Associate.
• Seven years of experience in project management in clinical research or healthcare.
• Experience with MS Project, Smart Sheets, and project management tools.
• PMP or Project Management Certification preferred.
