Overview

The Learning and Development Manager will lead and develop our Customer Operations training program and agent resources for internal team members and our BPO call centers around the globe.

In Short

  • Design, develop, maintain and update training content.
  • Own delivery and success of training programs in various formats.
  • Develop and monitor assessment tools for training effectiveness.
  • Analyze call center metrics to identify training needs.
  • Maintain Customer Operations Knowledge Base.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for training program improvements.
  • Collaborate with call center leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to design engaging training programs.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, Docebo preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in G Suite.
