In Short

• The Senior Data Analyst, Revenue Operations will be a foundational member of the go-to-market (GTM) team.
• Drive meaningful insights to inform effective decision-making for the GTM team.
• Collaborate across GTM teams to tell a comprehensive story with data.
• Build and maintain dashboards and operationalize data.
• Contribute to major strategic Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing efforts.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product, and IT.
• Identify insights that drive enhanced business performance.
• Manage data quality and governance in cross-functional data projects.
• Build and maintain forecasting and planning models.
• Be proactive in uncovering opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of key SaaS metrics as they relate to GTM.
• Extensive experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred) and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning, statistics, optimization, and/or experimentation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to present data effectively.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Must be located within the Eastern or Central time zone.
