We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on HR operations.

You will play a pivotal role in driving employee lifecycle processes, ensuring HR compliance, and managing daily HR operations across multiple locations. This role requires proficiency in English and ideally German, along with a strong grasp of employment legislation and HR best practices.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and oversee employment contracts and termination letters.
• Maintain accurate employee data in internal HR systems.
• Coordinate monthly payroll input with finance/payroll providers.
• Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies.
• Support performance management cycles and career development initiatives.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries.
• Drive engagement activities including team events and wellness programs.
• Utilize HR metrics to enhance workplace satisfaction.
