We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on HR operations.

You will play a pivotal role in driving employee lifecycle processes, ensuring HR compliance, and managing daily HR operations across multiple locations. This role requires proficiency in English and ideally German, along with a strong grasp of employment legislation and HR best practices.

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and oversee employment contracts and related documents.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee data.
• Coordinate monthly payroll input with finance/payroll providers.

Requirements

• Experience in HR operations and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in English, ideally with knowledge of German.
