  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with systems like QlikSense or Sales Force.
  • Creative and visionary mindset.
  • Strong customer focus and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage complex relationships in a multicultural context.
