Client Success Manager (IT Staffing - Public Sector) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an organized, relationship-driven Account Manager to support and grow our IT staffing accounts with State and Local Government agencies. This role is responsible for managing existing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and expanding account opportunities through proactive engagement and operational excellence.

In Short

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned public sector clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular status calls and performance check-ins with clients.
• Coordinate with internal recruiting teams to fulfill staffing requisitions.
• Monitor candidate submissions, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing contracts.
• Ensure adherence to all contract terms and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT staffing account management.

Requirements

• Familiarity with government procurement vehicles and vendor portals.
• Experience supporting IT roles such as developers and analysts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the public sector staffing lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
