Director of Channels - West - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, and execution-oriented Director of Channels – West to lead our channel and partner development efforts across the Western U.S.

In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional channel strategy.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners.
• Provide partners with tools, knowledge, and support.
• Collaborate with partners to build joint marketing campaigns.
• Act as a trusted advisor in partner-led deals.
• Set performance metrics and manage quarterly business reviews.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
• Provide ongoing market feedback to inform product development.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in channel sales or business development.
• Proven success in building and scaling a channel program.
• Strong relationships with VARs and MSSPs in the Western U.S.
• Deep understanding of the data security or cybersecurity market.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
