Overview

Cyera is seeking a BDR Enablement Lead to drive the success and development of our Business Development Representative (BDR) team by delivering high-impact training, coaching, and skill-building programs tailored to early-career sellers.

In Short

• Serve as the dedicated Enablement partner for the BDR team.
• Design, deliver, and iterate on BDR onboarding programs.
• Facilitate ongoing skills development sessions.
• Act as a mentor and coach for early-career sellers.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Help create a structured path for BDRs to advance.
• Drive adoption of sales tools.
• Use call analytics to assess skill gaps.
• Build a strong enablement culture in-office.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related roles.
• Prior experience training or mentoring early-career sellers.
• On-site availability in New York City or Chicago.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate training.
• Deep understanding of BDR/SDR workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using LMS/CMS platforms.
• Highly collaborative and adaptable.
