Overview

As an Associate Customer Success Engineer at Cyera, you will play a key role in optimizing customer utilization and return on investment in our data security platform, contributing significantly to the protection of data for global enterprises.

• Serve as the primary technical expert on the Cyera Platform.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training.
• Design and deliver customized use cases for customers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting customers.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and tackle complex challenges.
